SHIPPING POLICY

I. Shipping Scope
All products can only be shipped to valid addresses within the United States. Upon order submission, the system automatically verifies the delivery information to ensure compliance with shipping requirements. Orders with incomplete, unrecognizable, or ineligible addresses may fail to proceed to the next processing stage or require necessary adjustments.

II. Order Processing
Once confirmed, orders enter a standard processing workflow, including information verification, inventory checks, picking, and preparation for dispatch. Processing times may vary based on order volume, inventory status, and warehouse operations; however, all orders are processed sequentially to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Information generally cannot be modified once an order enters the dispatch process, so please verify all details before placing your order.

III. Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via partner logistics channels. The system automatically selects the appropriate shipping method based on package dimensions, weight, and destination. While delivery times and tracking update frequencies may vary by method, safe and reliable delivery remains the priority. Package status is recorded and updated within the logistics system throughout transit.

IV. Shipping Cost Calculation
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on factors such as order value, product weight, and delivery distance, and are clearly displayed on the order confirmation page. As shipping conditions and logistics costs fluctuate, shipping fees may vary between orders; the final cost is as shown at checkout. Shipping fee structures may occasionally be adjusted based on overall logistics arrangements.

V. Logistics Information and Tracking
A tracking number is generated once the order ships, allowing users to monitor transit progress. Logistics information is updated as the package moves through the shipping process, though delays may occur due to data synchronization differences across logistics checkpoints. Common status updates include “Shipped,” “In Transit,” and “Delivered”; the logistics system’s records serve as the definitive source of information.

VI. Delivery Information Accuracy
Users must provide accurate, complete, and truthful delivery information, including a detailed address and valid contact details. The user bears full responsibility and any associated costs for delivery failures, delays, non-delivery, or returns resulting from incorrect, missing, or incomplete information. If necessary, the logistics service provider may attempt to contact the recipient to facilitate the delivery.

VII. Handling of Shipping Irregularities
In the event of delays, lost or damaged packages, or other irregularities during transit, the Platform will coordinate with the logistics service provider to investigate and resolve the issue, providing necessary support and solutions within reasonable limits. Resolutions will be determined based on a comprehensive assessment of logistics records, tracking data, and actual circumstances; the timeframe for resolution may vary depending on the specific situation.

VIII. Force Majeure and Uncontrollable Factors
The Platform will make every effort to coordinate and address situations involving shipping delays, route adjustments, or delivery irregularities caused by unforeseeable or uncontrollable factors—including, but not limited to, transportation system malfunctions, weather conditions, or logistics network fluctuations—but shall not be held liable for any indirect losses or delays resulting therefrom.
